About me

Natalia Zharko

I am a registered Private Care Provider.

I immigrated from Russia in July 2012 and obtained my British passport in May 2019.

Prior to coming to the UK I worked for a Government department which supported vulnerable individuals through the provision of pension aid, mortgages and other applicable financial aid.  This was a very enjoyable role in which I excelled and I was extremely proud to work for this department as the Pension Fund was accredited as one of the best in Russia.

I began working as a home to home care support worker in Alton, Hampshire in August 2013. The work involved personal care to mainly elderly patients, domestic support and the administration of medicine etc.

In October 2014 I started to work with young adults with learning disabilities. My main responsibilities entailed communicating with service users using appropriate methods, assisting with individuals’ personal care, and recording and completing any appropriate documentation. I also have 2 years experience in a care home working with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia patients.

I believe that I have gained considerable experience from my work with different companies and I now want to apply this experience in providing care to privately selected clients.

I am registered with HMRC for self-assessment tax as a sole trader and in order to meet the requirements of a private care support worker I am currently insured under the auspices of Public Liability Insurance for private care workers.

My training to be a fully proficient care support worker is up-to-date and I have completed accredited training on the following subject matter:

  1. Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults Training (SOVA)
  2. Health and Safety Awareness
  3. Moving and Handling of Elderly Patients
